Application process for the Intensive Program

If your choice is one of the Intensive Programs, you are required to apply for a student visa. Application process is mentioned below.

	Applicant needs to fill out the forms and send the completed documents to NILS. Send to)760-5, Ogori, Ogori, 848-0171, Japan Download forms from below Admission Forms Other needed douments Statement of applicant's or sponsor's bank statement Applicant's or Sponsor's annual income statement for the last 3 years (income tax return) Original Diploma and Academic transcript of highest education completed Student registration Certificate (If applicant is a student) or Certificate of Employment (if student is an employee) 10 photos * 4 centimeters by 3 centimeters Copy of applicant's valid passport Certificate of Japanes Course taken (Only from China, Bangraldesh, Mongolia, Myanmar, Viet Nam and Nepal)

	School submits the application form for "Certificate of Eligiblity" to Japan Immigration along with other supported documents.

	Pay the program fee.

	School sends "Certificate of Elibilighty"<original paper> along with required documents for visa petition after receiving the approval from Japan Immigration.

	Applicant is required to submit a set of the visa petitions to the Japanese Consulate in the area in his/her own country

	Applicant must give a copy of their flight schedule to the school. School arranges pick-up service for applicant's arrival.

	Program starts after attending on-site orientation.
